This is an antique Chelsea desk clock. It is brass, very heavy in weight so it could also be used as a paperweight on top of a desk. Runs for weeks on a single winding and is very accurate. May have been a railroad piece or perhaps used in a scientific or automotive application. It measures 3 inches in height, the base is 4 x 3.5 inches, the face of the clock is 3 inches in diameter.
